Helen R. Bohls Weiss

Helen Bohls Weiss, 77, of Victoria passed away Sunday, January 8, 2012. She was born July 18, 1934, in Pflugerville to the late Jesse G. and Erna Steger Bohls. She was a wife, mother and grandmother, and a member of Christ the Victor Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her husband, William R. “Bill” Weiss of Victoria; daughters, Nita (Al) Kuehn of Livingston, Debra (Bob) Supak of Victoria, and Rachel Nasir of Houston; sisters, Grace Scott of Austin and Joyce Teinert of Victoria; brother, Jesse Bohls, Jr. of Pflugerville; 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; a host of extended family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 10, 2012, from 6:00 – 7:00 pm at Rosewood Funeral Chapel. A prayer service will begin at 7:00 pm.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 11, 2012, at 2:30 pm at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Pflugerville, with burial to follow.
