William L. Todd, age 78 of Versailles, Ohio passed away surrounded by his family, on Tuesday September 3, 2024 at 6:24 PM at his home. Born on December 24, 1945 in Terra Haute, Indiana, he was a son to the late John & Irene (St John) Todd. William had worked as a group leader for Inland Steel and had also worked for 28 years at Greif Brothers in Greenville. His family was his whole world, especially his grandchildren. He will be deeply missed. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother John E. Todd.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Marie Todd: daughters Shawn Heindl; Tina Norwood and Lisa Williams: grandchildren Haley & Sam Gordon; Megan & Darren King; Jace Heindl; Kylynn Heindl: great-grandchildren Elliana King; John Gordon; Mason King: siblings Fred Todd; Frances & Terry Sweigert.
