Carol move to California in 1974 to accept a position as Supervisor of the House Keeping Department of The Broadmoor Retirement Hotel in San Francisco. In 1985, Carol relocated to Los Angeles and was Manager of the Rossmore Retirement Hotel in the Hancock Park area.
She is survived by her best friends, Carol Joy and Paul Levin of Manhattan Beach, CA and Alice Scott of Port Hueneme, CA.
Carol’s wake will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2013, 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the Ted Mayr Funeral Home, 3150 Loma Vista Road in Ventura.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be said at Santa Clara Catholic Church, 323 South E Street, Oxnard, 10:00 A.M., Friday, January 4, 2013. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 5835 West Slauson Avenue in Culver City.
