Anne Vashti Fleming, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother went to heaven Monday, March 31, 2014 to be with Jesus and her husband, Mickie. Affectionately known to her family and friends as Vashti. Her family of 8 children, 19 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren mourns her loss and celebrates her life at a service, Monday, April 7, 2014 at 10 AM at Our Lady of Assumption Church, Ventura, CA, 93003. A graveside will be held at 12:30 Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at Holy Cross Cemetery, 444 E. Lexington Avenue, Pomona, CA, 91766. A reception will follow at her sons home (Bob and Pat) 2811 S. Citrus, West Covina, CA, 91790. Vashti graduated from Stanford University with a degree in journalism. Her favorite charity is St. Vincent’s DePaul.
