Alicia Burboa Mendoza, (Gordie), 56, of Santa Paula, CA, lost her fight with a lengthy illness, Tuesday, April 24, 2012 in Hollywood, CA.
Alicia was born October 4, 1955 in Santa Paula, CA, to Rosie Rangle and Estorfio (Toto) Burboa.
She attended Santa Paula Union High and was a life-long resident of Santa Paula.
Alice was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by son, Charles Vera and wife Michelle of Apple Valley, CA; nephew, Rey Polanco, Jr. of Santa Paula, CA; brothers, Rey Polanco, Sr., Freddy Burboa, Frankie Burboa, and Ruben Burboa, all of Santa Paula, CA; grandchildren, Kayla Vera and Charles Vera II (CJ) both of Apple Valley, CA and many grandchildren, extended family, and friends. Alicia will truly be missed by many!
A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 26th, 2012 at the
Skillin-Carroll Mortuary located at 738 E. Santa Paula St. in Santa Paula.
