Salvatore Anthony Morici

On December 10, 1951, Sal was born to Joe and Marie Morici in Queens, NY. He attended St. John's University with a BA in communications. He had a long career in advertising and later on in healthcare sales.

He was the beloved husband of Mary Ellen who he married on October 6, 1973 in Long Island, NY. Sal was a devoted family man who enjoyed time spent with his children and grandchildren. He also had a passion for all sports, but especially the Yankees, coaching his kids, watching and going to baseball games with loved ones and running multiple races in NY over the years. He would always bring smiles to all those who got to know him with his amazing sense of humor.

Those left to cherish memories of Sal are his spouse, Mary Ellen Morici; daughter: Rachel Morici-Leirer(Aden Leirer) sons: Mark Morici(Catie)and Matthew Morici (Stefanie); grandchildren Dylan Morici, Makenna Morici, Jamison Leirer, Jack Morici, and Noah Morici; sibling: Terri Vito along with a large extended family.

His family was his pride and joy and his greatest role in his life was being a father and grandpa (Paca) to his children and grandchildren . He was always a person you could count on and didn't hesitate to help anyone in need.

The family wishes to extend sincere thanks to Mikki for the care she showed to our dad.
