Mary Rebholz Clement

Mary (Rebholz) Clement passed away peacefully at her home in Venice Florida September 7, 2022. She was born on Feb 3, 1927 in Queens NY, the only surviving sibling born to Wilimena and Arthur Rebholz. She married Franklin P. Clement on May 25, 1950 and spent 65 wonderful years together until his death in 2015. They lived on Manasota Key for many years in addition to West Hartford and West Hartland Connecticut.

She leaves her three daughters, Alison (Craig) Wellman of Charleston SC, Dorian (Michael Kaminski deceased 2021) Clement of Stonington, and Merle Michael of Roberts Creek, BC Canada. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren, Sara Waterman Harnois (Stephen), Meredith Waterman, Robert Waterman, and Ben and Tim Michael, and also her three great grandchildren Tyler, Natalie and Miles. In addition she leaves many beloved nieces and nephews and dear friends that she has made over the years.

Mary volunteered in her community, was an avid gardener, quilter and world traveler. She also loved a good game of dominoes. A memorial service will be held at a later date in West Hartland, Connecticut. In lieu of flowers a contribution to Southeastern Guide Dogs, 4247 77Th Street E, Palmetto Florida, or Tidewell Hospice, 210 Wexford Blvd, Venice FL. 34293.
