He will be dearly missed and will be remembered as follow:
Consecutive Provincial Wrestling Champion for when he was in High School.
Named B.C. High School Athlete of the Year in 1979.
Brought pride to Britannia High School. He went back after graduation to mentor the wrestling team.
Spent 6 years of his weekend helping youth at risk.
Was hard working and a dedicated worker.
Overall everyone who met him were impacted by his generosity, genuine heart and wholeheartedly smile.
His message to others was to live stress free, It's not how long you live but rather how many lives you touched!

Have known Wayne for just over 7 years. best landlord I've had since I came to Vancouver. will miss him forever. Wish I had the chance to know more of his personal life. Truly a great human being.

Our prayers are with the family and friends of our friend, Wayne.   He will be missed.  We appreciated his gentle spirit, his willingness to help others and his love for the Lord.   May the Lord give comfort and peace to all his loved ones.

My condolences to all family and friends.  I went to high school with Wayne at Britannia and he made us all proud by being a champion wrestler.  I always remember Wayne laughing and smiling.  I am so glad I got to see him at the Brit 80 reunion we had a couple of months ago.

My deepest condolences to all the friends and family.
Wayne was my sparring partner in high school and taught me how to wrestle when I started out.
He has left us way too soon and will be deeply missed.

When someone you love becomes a memory the memory becomes a treasure.  With deepest sympathy.

My thoughts are with the Chow family at this sad time. There are special moments and memories that are yours alone, and yet many share in your loss and care deeply about your sorrow. While your family and friends will help carry your love ones through these difficult days, we hope the caring of others will comfort your family. It was an honour and privilege to know Wayne. He was hard working, intelligent, caring and very thoughtful person. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
