I remember the day I took Chris to SoFi Stadium for a Rams game.
We had so much fun, and he was so personable.  We walked through the tailgate lot where Chris immediately made friends and was given food and drinks from strangers.  He was such a personable guy.
I miss our conversations about sports and the film and voice over industry.   You are truly missed my friend.

I am terribly, terribly saddened to read that Chris passed away.  We 
met at an Angels game years ago in Anaheim.  He called my boss for help with tickets and asked me join  him and his friends. I did, and we became the best phone friends.  Chris attended several games in Anaheim and we spoke on the phone periodically all these past many years. He even visited me with his friend in Portland,  Oregon, one year after I moved.  When his friend passed away, a part of Chris  died with her, I firmly believe.  He called me this January and was hoping to visit me (now in Walnut,CA) when he visited another friend living close by.  Chris and I could talk forever on the phone. I watched Major League yesterday but didn’t realize he produced that movie. He just said he worked on it. I googled ML to see if Chris was mentioned. I was shocked that his obituary was listed first. 😢 Rest in peace.

I met Chris in 1980 at a downtown law firm  where I was working.  When I first saw him I was thunderstruck.  Sooo handsome and  incredibly magnetic to me.  It began there and continued for about 10+ years.  We remained friends thereafter.  My heart is sick with sadness at his sudden passing.  He will  always be beautiful and young in my heart.

So sorry to know Chris passed away. He was a wonderful man and a wonderful friend. Sending love to his family 💜

Chris was my adopted little brother since the making of the movie "Major League".  I am so saddened by the news of his death.  My heart is broken.  My prayers go out to his brothers and their families.

I will miss my friend and his thoughtful ways.  Rana and I admired his talent and will always remember that tremendous voice,  Paul Petersen, pictured when we met nearly 60 years ago.
