Sondra Jane Prescott, 66, of Van Buren, passed away Sunday, November 3, 2024 in Fort Smith. She was born May 11, 1958 in Ozark to the late Ray and Ola (Shaver) Parker. She worked in hospitality at Choctaw Casino.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Prescott; and her twin-sister, Sarah Parker.
She is survived by a daughter, Crystal Strozier of North Little Rock; a son, Travis Prescott of Van Buren; two sisters, Pat Miller and husband Dan of Dallas, and Sue Dawson and husband Dale of Fort Smith; two brothers, Tommy Parker and wife Mildred of Charleston, and Roy Parker and wife Kathy, also of Charleston; three grandchildren, Morgan Brasher, Chloe Creekmore and Chance Prescott; and great-grandchildren, Leighton and Blaire Brasher.
Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 8, 2024 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
