In addition to her parents, Aubrey and Mary (Morphis) Cox; she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Bell; and a sister, Melanie Machyeek.

She is survived by her grandson and caregiver, Thomas “TC” Dime (Shelby) of the home; two daughters, Lisa Mailand of Fort Smith, and Lynda Applegate (Deron) of Oak Ridge, TN; a son, James Bell of Lavaca; eight more grandchildren, Paige Dime, Zoe Beatty, Brittany Bell, Alyssa Bell, Ashlyn Bell, Terry Don Garris, Tori Garris (Autumn), and Chloe Garris; and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 11:30 a.m. Monday, March 25, 2024 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at the Fort Smith National Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Dime, Bradley Ridenour, Jessie Fox, Gary Lindsey, Patrick Simmons, and Michael Moss.

The family will visit with friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, March 24, 2024, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
