James Bing

James Prinder Bing, 37, of Mountainburg, passed away Saturday, July 24, 2021. He was born April 9, 1984 in Harrison. He worked for Gerdau in Fort Smith. He enjoyed life, and was a loving dad, and an avid hunter and fisherman.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert Fowler, and Harold and Esther Bing.

He is survived by a daughter, Brooklyn Bing and her mother, Kiersten Nicely of Mountainburg; his parents, Mark Bing and wife Becky of Van Buren, and Rhonda Newton and husband Darrell of Saint Joe; a grandmother, Lorraine Fowler of Everton; a sister, April Newton of Van Buren; two brothers, Matt Newton and Colby Newton, both of Van Buren; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with graveside service at 3:00 p.m. at Gilbert Cemetery in Gilbert, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.

The family will visit with friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
