In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Charlene Brown.
He is survived by his companion of 15 years, Martha Chapman; three sons, Teddy Brown wife Kay of Alma, Larry Brown and wife Cindy of Rudy, and Ricky Brown and wife Debbie of Alma; a sister, Mable Roe of Alma; eight grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at Mount McCurry Cemetery near Rudy, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be Aaron Lanning, Justin Brown, James Patillo, Justin Turner, Brandon Campbell and Dylan Brown. Honorary pallbearers will be the students he coached in the Alma Little League Baseball Program.
Viewing will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday, June 5, 2023, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
