Harold Miller

Harold Miller, 80, of Fort Smith, AR, went to meet his Lord and Savior, Thursday, July 14, 2011 in a local hospital. He was born January 31, 1931 in Fort Smith, AR. He retired from Hickory Springs in Fort Smith and was a member of First Baptist Church in Fort Smith, helped with the bus ministry and enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Flora Miller; a sister, Virginia Pearson; three brothers, Ed Miller, James Miller and Richard Miller.

He is survived by his wife Mildred, of the home; two daughters, Carol Seaton of Fort Smith, AR and Susan Yother of Fort Smith, AR.; a son, Ronnie Miller of Van Buren, AR and six grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Ronnie Miller, Gunner Miller, Seth Seaton, Dana Seaton, Kristin Seaton and Scotty Bates.

Graveside service will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at Fort Smith National Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren.

Viewing will start Monday at 8:00 A.M. Family will receive friend 6:00 P. M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday, July 18, 2011 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, AR.
