David Sexton, Sr., 65, of Van Buren, AR, died Friday, December 23, 2011 in his home. He was born September 29, 1946 in Salinas, CA. He was a retired glazer at Fort Smith Glass, member of Sunnyside Assembly of God and a member of Old Town Cruisers Car Club. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan Sexton and a son, Brent Sexton.
He was survived by a daughter, Jeannia Bocanigira of Hollister, CA; two sons, Eddie Sexton of Hollister, CA and David Sexton Jr of Van Buren, AR; a sister, Carolyn Parades of Hollister, CA; four brothers, Rick Sexton of Van Buren, AR, Steve Sexton of Van Buren, AR, Jim Sexton of Nevada and Darrell Sexton of Texas; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Mr. Sexton will be cremated under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren, AR.
Memorial service will be 3:00 P.M. Friday, December 30, 2011 at Edwards Van-Alma Chapel in Van Buren, AR.
