Christina Mae “Helen” Fight, 86, of Van Buren, passed away Friday, October 11, 2024. She was born January 29, 1938 in Rudy to the late Daniel and Ruby (Penic) Hudson. She retired from Dixie Cup after over 42 years of service, and was a charter member of Oliver Springs Freewill Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Fight; and five brothers, Garland Hudson, Jimmy Hudson, Alan Hudson, Carl Hudson, and Hugh Hudson.
She is survived by a sister, Rena Brewer of Conway; two sisters-in-law, Edith Hudson of Van-Alma, and Brenda Fight of Van Buren; two brothers-in-law, Bill Fight of Greenwood, and Albert Fight of Fort Smith; and many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
Graveside service will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Gracelawn Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be Danny Fight, David Fight, Jerry Don Hudson, Terry Hudson, Dale Hudson, Wayne Hudson, Ronnie Hudson, Wade Brewer, and Stanley Beckham.
