Blaine Anthony (Blount) Williams, 11, of Mulberry, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018 in Conway. He was born November 13, 2006 in Fort Smith. He was a 5th Grade Honor Student at Alma Intermediate School, an avid reader, loved playing pranks on his family, enjoyed deer camp, playing with his cousins and attending church with family and friends. He served on the 2016 Montana Indian Reservation Ministry Team and was planning on serving this upcoming summer, and was awarded winning artist by the Alma School District. He was preceded in death by his mother, Tasha JoAnn Goines; and great-grandparents, Allie Kathleen Williams, Travis “Tab” Williams, and Kennith Blount.
He is survived by his parents, Carl and Angelia Williams of the home; his father, Derek Blount and fiancé Cindy McMillan of Bentonville; a sister, Callie Goines of the home; a brother, Brayden Meinardus of Alma; grandparents, Joe and JoAnn Mast of Mulberry, and Marla Lovejoy of Mulberry; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 2, 2018 at the Mulberry First Assembly of God, officiated by Rev. Tommy Wiley and Rev. David Willis, with interment to follow at New Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be Dave Hayes, Adam Hayes, Danny Ivy, Robert Alexander, Rand Hayes, Dakota Hayes, and Matthew Reynolds. Honorary pallbearers will be Cash Wilson, Josh Eveld, and Jonathan Amon.
