As has been my habit for decades now, with every S.CA wildfire, I think of you Margo & start Googling to ck its proximity to MBVillage - hoping that you're safe. This time I was devastated to stumble across the tragic news on Raymond. Dear Margo, I'm so heartbroken for you on the loss of your beloved,  sweet Raymond. So much to endure in a short period of time. Sending hugs & so much love.

Oh, Margo. I have just learned of Raymond's tragic accident. I have so many memories of how fondly you spoke of Raymond. I never had a chance to meet him, and seeing his photos shows what a wonderful family and life he had. My sister Linda, rented this house in Santa Barbara, we had the chance to catch up and enjoy each other. Pictured is Dennis White, Ray, me and my sister. 
He will always be missed.

I've known Ray since the mid-90s and worked closely with him between 1999 and 2011. We continued our friendship after his retirement. Ray always seems to be riding his bike, hiking, offroading, and just generally being active and it was fun to participate in some of these with him.

I didn't know it at the time, but I also called Ray's BBS (Deep Thought) when I was in high school. He had a long history with technology and electronics.

Gone but never forgotten. He will always be loved and missed terribly.
