Sending our condolences. The Sandridge family has been a big part of our lifes. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Sandridge when my father worked for him at Sandy's Market. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.

I remember Danny as a nice handsome young man.  I grew up living across the street from Danny's Home.  My parents were Al and Sylvia Chavez. Danny and his family were wonderful neighbors and of coarse we shopped at Sandy's. When I first married I would drive from Chino to Upland to buy one of Sandy's Market seasoned roast ready to pop in the oven, it was delicious. My mother past away on August 22 of this year. I remember Danny when he worked at Sandy's Market helping his dad Sandy. Everyone from our neighborhood knew the family and they were always good to us.  We made at least 3 trips a day to Sandy's when we were growing up. I pray for his family during this tough time and thank you for being a childhood memory to us. God Bless you all.  The Rojas Family

As a LONG time customer of Richard Hibbard, I had the blessing of interacting with everyone there for many years. Danny was a wonderful extension of the Hibbard Chevrolet family. Danny was one of the sweetest, kindest and most loving people I have ever had the privilege to meet.  We worked together, but it was more like a friendship, and I'm sure most of us felt the same way.  He was honest, honorable and always there when you needed him.  I'm consoled only by the fact that he is now with his beloved Pauline.  I'll never forget you, Danny.

My condolences to the family,  I knew Danny for many years..  I used to always shop at Sandy's  Market.. (best meat for tamales )  He gave my oldest son Eddie his first job working as a butcher.. He then became my landlord 7 years, then  gave my family the opportunity  of being homeowners.. He and Pauline were the best neighbors an friends.. He always had a smile , great sense of humor.. Danny and i had been friends since we were teenagers. Im so very sorry to hear that he is gone.Life will not be the same for so many. May the lord comfort and keep you during this time

Danny wasn't just my friend he was my other brother. We golfed together most every week and he became an avid golfer and enjoyed it immensely. I will miss him calling me Francis as it was his humor. I will forever miss him but know he is watching my golf game with the same shake of his head when I duff another shot. I truly loved you my brother.

I am so sorry for your loss!  Frankie spoke fondly of his brother-in- law who he also considered his best friend!  Prayers to all of you!

To the Sandridge: I remember Mr. Sandridge from all the softball games that he would go to with Robert,  always being supportive of his family. I remember that I once told him I like Johnny Cash and we had a great conversation about his music. To the Sandridge Family my Family and I wish you all our condolences.

To the Sandridge Family: I remember Danny from Chaffey High School.  Danny and I graduated from Chaffey Class of 1970.  You have my Deepest Sympathy.

Danny was not just my cousin as we got to our teens. He was my friend, buddy and we hung out often on summer days or weekends. We went to movies with dates, to the beach and took our girlfriends cruising in his black bomber car he inherited from his Grampa Hill. My favorite time was when he got his new Ford Maverick and we were bored cruising, so we took off up U.S. 395 from Victorville to Bishop, CA at 2 a.m. The 8-track player was blasting out Creedence Clearwater Revival as we headed up through the Owens Valley. "We kept on "chooglin" until dawn when we got to my parents campsite at Lake Sabrina. We had a few more fun runs that summer, included to Corona Del Mar beach, which nearly turned out a disaster. We decided to "race to the end of the jetty". Near the end, I crashed and burned on the rocks. I was pretty banged up. Danny and a couple of guys had to walk me off the jetty. Danny made sure I was not going to croak or suffer further. I was home alone on summer break. He dropped me off at home and then told his mom what happened. Danny was always the adventurous one from the 1st time we smoked a cigarette, to our first purchase of a case of beer from the little Mexican Market on South Campus Ave. Those were major achievements for us teenage cousins. I loved Danny like a brother and will always remember the good times we had. "Vaya con Dios, Mi Amigo!"
