I've only known Ms. F-B for 2 years of working in JPPSO-SC. She was a good mentor while she was my supervisor in outbound. We loved talking about families and she became a friend when I moved to storage. We talked and vented with each other during peak season. It was a pleasure working for Ms. F-B as her lead and I looked up to her as she was very knowledgeable in transportation. I am happy I was able to work with her during the most challenging and busiest time in JPPSO. I will miss talking to her and her advices. She has been like a mom to all of us in JPPSO. She pushed me to take opportunity and keep moving up in my career when positions opened up for me. She always told me to put my name in the hat and keep trying to move up! Ms. F-B believed in me and that meant so much coming from her  with all her knowledge and experience from the military and civilian sector.  You will be missed. You are no longer in pain and with our Dear Lord! We love you Ms. FB. 💜

Just wanted to reach out and let you know I'm thinking of you and your family and hope that today's memorial service is uplifting and positive, as you celebrate the life of Yolanda. I know I never met her and have yet to meet you, but it was a beautifully written obituary and I imagine she was an amazing person. I'm sure she will be missed deeply by you and others.

Words can’t even describe how my heart aches with you not being here. Lucy you will be truly missed. I will always cherish the years we spent growing up together. Remember our plan was to join the U.S Air Force together. You mastered your plan and God had another plan for me. I know  your work is done here so save a seat for me in heaven.

Vanessa and I offer condolences to the family and prayers of comfort. Yolanda was a very special person with a beautiful spirit. We both had the opportunity to work with her and saw just how sincere and professional she was up close. She always had a sparkle in her eyes and her energy filled the room. We are thankful and were blessed with the opportunity to know and work with her. You could see how much she cared by the way she carried herself and how she made sure everyone else was taken care of.  May the God of all comfort bring peace to Donnie and the family. Rest in Peace our dear Sister.  

When I think of Ms. Yolanda, I think of her great big smile, laugh, kindness, and light. I met her as a 10 year-old and every memory I have of her is loving. RIP to a great woman whom I thank eternally for raising my best friend. Prayers and love to you all, Bradham Family. ♥️ 

 I met Yolanda and Donnie over thirty years ago.. My husband  and I met at their home in  Germany twenty-seven years ago. Yolanda was a beautiful soul  throughout our friendship. Rest In Peace my  Friend.


I was “FB’s” Commander at JPPSO-SAT.  Beautiful inside snd out…we kept moving her around the staff to capatolize on her strength and talents…during her tenure at QC we had daily interaction to resolve on the spot issues with 100% success…following my retirement I reached out to her to mediate lingering issues which she greatly solved.  Always a smile with “Commander we can fix this” and she did.  God bless her family, Donnie and the kids and may they be soon at peace and adjust to her absence at home.

Yolanda/Ms. F-B, had a tremendous impact on her JPPSO-SC (work) family, including every customer she served and the myriad activities she engaged to provide exceptional service to DoD families.  She was a role model, mentor, leader and committed professional who carried herself with grace, love and a selflessness that set her apart from others.  I was blessed to work with this beautiful woman for over 10 years and I enjoyed every moment we shared.  Her family and friends can take heart in knowing Yolanda is in the loving hands of our Lord and Savior.   I am awed by the steadfastness and faith exhibited by Yolanda, Donnie and their children throughout her health battle.  Even in her darkest hours, she was more concerned about her family and team at JPPSO.  I thank God for placing in my life!

When I came to Joint Personal Property Shipping office in 2002. I and Yolanda Foster-Bradham know rights and wrong on the floors dealing with angry customers phone calls. Most of all Yolanda become a sister friend when we've talked about our own family.  We laughed at loud about our mother knowing best. I worked with Yolanda Foster-Bradham for 17 years before I retired.  May God comfort her family and rest in peace.  I missed chatting with her.  Memory never forget we laughed at loud. 

WOW! Words cannot even express the loss I feel let alone how her family is feeling. I worked with her at JPPSO SAT when we were in the Spectrum bldg. Much love & prayers to family & friends. She was amazing at putting my short notice retirement together! Love you bunches 💗 

My big sis. Yolanda was the pride soul of JPPSO-SC for over two decades. She gave her heart ♥️ and soul to JPPSO-SC day in and day out. Everyone including myself, could always count on her for anything Personal Property. She was like a Mother figure and mentor to her younger employees and military troops and for me she was a dear, dear friend whom I could always sit down and talk to. Something I did almost everyday. My big sister, as I used to refer to her, I’m gonna miss you dearly.  Rest in peace.

F-B was a strong and beautiful person. She always looked out for her people. She will be missed by everyone in the Air Force Personal Property program. She was a pillar to us all. My friend will always be one of my favorite memories. Praying for her family during this difficult time.
