M/Sgt William Earl Mullen Jr. U.S. Air Force, Retired passed away on Sunday September 30, 2012 at the age of 72. He was born on March 1, 1940 in Fort Sam Houston, TX to William Earl Mullen, Sr. and Selma (Fritz) Mullen. He is preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 43 years Somluk Burachat Mullen; children, Ann Preiss (husband Steve) and John Mullen; grandchildren, Jannel Mullen, Zachary Preiss, Avery Preiss, and Marcos Mullen; sister, Dorothy Klick; nephew, Craig Dearth; nieces, Michele Crowe and Kristen Bradford. A visitation will be held on Monday October 8, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m. with a funeral service on Tuesday October 9, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. at Colonial Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with full military honors.
