Robert William Noll

Robert William Noll, 88, of Windcrest, Texas, passed away November 21, 2022. He was born in Rome, NY on December 31, 1933 to Joseph Noll, Sr. and Helen Marczyk Noll. He was married to Shirley Ann Dixon Noll for 30 years, who he never called by name and only by Sweetie Pie. Robert served in the United States Air Force for 21 years and had a 25 year career as an FCC Engineer working for KSAT and KENS television stations. Robert had a passion for fishing, fixing anything and food-filled family gatherings. He was not a man of many words but had many funny sayings and names for things. Robert was a kind and good man who’s priority was his wife and family.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Joseph Noll, Jr. of New York, and sister Mary Noll Pickens of Pennsylvania.

He is survived by his wife, daughters Susan Noll Kasper of Marion, TX, Deborah Wuerfel and husband Dwain Wuerfel of Pensacola, FL and Rebekah Gergen of Comfort, TX; sisters Catherine Noll Madden of New York and Agnes Noll Hanley of Rhode Island. He has four grandsons, Richard Noll of CO, Jon-Paul Noll of Marion, TX, Justin Reusser and wife Jackie Reusser of San Antonio, TX and Jonathan Wuerfel of Pensacola, FL. He has three great grandchildren Sarah, Caleb and Jacob Reusser where he always attended grandparents day lunch.

A Celebration of Life will be held on December 10th, 2022 at Crestview Baptist Church, 8101 Eaglecrest Blvd, Windcrest 78239. Remembrance gathering will be from 10:30am to 11am CST CST and Celebration of Life will start at 11am led by Pastor Joshua Fuentes
