Donald Ray Romans

Donald proudly served 30 years in the United States Air Force, his hobbies included the study of history, music, woodworking, the outdoors, cooking, working on cars, spending time with his granddaughter, Kylee and his dogs.

He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Cheryl and best friend, Robert.

Donald leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 41 years, Lora Romans; daughter, Christina Romans Collins and her husband, Sean of Kyle, Texas; sisters, June Cannon of Round Rock, Robin Green; granddaughter, Kylee Collins of Kyle, Texas.

Pallbearers will be: Isidro Herrera, Dale Ricketts, Sean Collins, Chris Eagan and Jeremy Wills.

A visitation for Donald will be held Wednesday, September 6, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with funeral service to begin at 11:00 AM at Colonial Funeral Home, 625 Kitty Hawk Road, Universal City, Texas 78148. A graveside service with Military Honors will follow from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Holy Cross Cemetery, 17501 Nacogdoches Rd, San Antonio, TX 78266.
