I've know jop(what i called him on xbox) since 2011. I've never met him in person but we were xbox brothers! Honestly  people think you can't have a great bond if you've never met one another but they would be wrong! Jop taught me so much and I always took his words to heart! I was deployed in 2017/2018 and jop always ran through my mind. Is he beating my rank in overwatch or how much catching up am i going to have to do when i get home? Honestly when i heard his deep and familiar voice, i didn't care! He was the definition of love, honesty, and a great brother! He will be missed and always loved and remembered! God speed jop until i see you in heaven! I love you and will always love you!......... Your brother!

Joe was putting the flag up at the top of the stage. 

Joe was an amazing coworker. Friendly, talkative, strongly opinionated. He taught me a lot, gave me a tool I still often use. We often partnered up rigging, and it was a pleasure. 
Nothing but love in my heart, and condolences for all who feel the loss. 

While it’s been many years I’ve often thought about Joe. He was friend and I looked up to him through our high school and early college years. We lit dozens of shows together and had many a good times jumping from theater to venue throughout New Jersey. Joe got a laugh at my high school senior yearbook quote that read “If all the worlds a stage, I want better lighting” which I attributed to “Joe Nitoso’s T shirt”.  We had a lot of fun together, I have a lot to thank him for and I will miss him. I wish you peace Joe. -Andy.

Joe was a valued member of our group, Men to Men. Those of us who had the pleasure of his (virtual) company these past several months, appreciated his introspection and honesty. We also knew of his struggles and reached out to him in support and friendship. Joe was well-spoken and often eloquent. I specifically told him so and validated his ability to share openly in our setting. He will be missed.
