Eileen Bordt

Eileen (Howlett) Bordt 90, of Maywood, passed away on Thursday 1/18/18. She was born in Jersey City and lived in Union City for many years before moving to Maywood. Eileen was a Home Health Care Aid working for Unlimited Health Care Inc. then for Medical Personnel Pool in Saddle Brook for many years before retiring.

Eileen was the beloved wife of the late Walter Bordt and the devoted mother of James (Michele) Bordt, John Bordt, Maureen Hamza, Carol (Karl) Seper and the late Joseph Bordt. She was the sister of Mae Chzanowski, William Howlett and the late Thomas, John, Walter and Edward Howlett. She was the loving grandmother of Kevin, Olivia and Brandon Bordt, Steven, Kaitlyn, Kevin and Melissa Hamza, Sean, Krystal, Ryan, Kayce and Corey Seper as well as great grandchildren Noah, Harmony, Nathanel, Aurora, Olivia and Lucky.

The funeral will be on Monday 1/22/18 at 10am from the Leber Funeral Home in Union City then to St. Anthony Church where at 11am a mass will be offered with the interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. The visitation will be on Sunday 1/21/18 from 3 to 8 pm. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Cancer Society.
