Richard A. Goody

Rich was born March 10, 1960 in New London, the son of Marjorie (Mailly) Goody and the late Robert E. Goody.

He was a very dedicated and loving father and grandfather and his grandchildren were the light of his life.

He worked as a Demolition/Laborer for Industrial Engineers in Montville CT.

He is survived by his son Robert J. Goody of Oakdale, Jessica Goody of Norwich, Angela Goody of New London, by his brother Mike Goody of Oakdale and sister Linda Kirby and niece Shannon of Westerly, RI and by his grandchildren Silas Kovalik, Jaime Mateo Jr. (Junie), Julian Mateo (Bubba), Jayce Mateo, Olivia Lavigne (Big Mouth), MaKenna Serluca and by his longtime best friend Arnie Creamer .

Calling hours will be held at the Montville Funeral Home of Church and Allen on Friday evening from 6 to 8 pm.

A funeral service will be held Saturday at the Montville Funeral Home of Church and Allen at 10 am. Burial will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery in Montville.
