Zenobia Owens Huey

Zenobia was born November 6, 1955 to the late Cleon and Lovenia Owens of Gladewater, TX. She accepted Christ at an early age attending Rising Star Cogic and St. James CME. Zenobia graduated from Gladewater High School and went on to further her education at LeTourneau University and Tyler Junior College where she found a job that she loved at Cox Communications Cable and became the assistant manager and stayed in that position for over 20 years before retiring. She was fond of watching two of her favorite teams Dallas Cowboys and the Dallas Mavericks and coming to watch her grandson Jackson play sports. She enjoyed traveling with Tony, trying new restaurants, shopping, visiting family and most of all watching a good movie, snuggled up with a bowl of popcorn.

She is preceded in death by her loving step-grandson LaDerrick Owens and cousin Leslie Cozart.

Those left to cherish many memories are the love of her life Mark Anthony Evans, son Grandon Bain (Kim) Huey of Tyler, TX, step-son Mark Anthony Evans Jr. of Beaumont, California, grandson Jackson Huey and step-grandson Daveyon Curl of Tyler, TX, four beautiful sisters Vabbie, Regina. Rosiland, Janet, and one beloved brother Reginald (Helen) Owens all of Gladewater, TX along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
