Regnol E. Hudson

Regnol Eugene Hudson, 93 of Tyler, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2024 in Tyler. He was born September 2, 1931 in Swartz, Louisiana to the late Thomas Harold and Mamie Virginia Wadley Hudson.

Mr. Hudson Served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict and had retired as a supervisor in the brick manufacturing industry.

He is survived by his loving wife, Donna Lynn Webb Hudson; by children, Douglas Hudson and wife, Mary Ann Hudson of Tyler, Steve Hudson and wife, Rhonda Hudson of Tyler, Martha Zehnder of Tyler, Stephanie Martin of Arkansas and Clint Vickers of Tyler. He had a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Mr. Hudson was married to his first wife Jimmye Del Meredith Hudson for 30 years and she passed away from cancer.

Honorary pallbearers are John David Hudson, Cooper Hill, Chase Schults, Frankie Lindsey, Brandon Zehnder, Steve Stone, Parker Hudson, Edgar Robles, Jimmy Jacobe, William Consiglio, Howard Honeycutt and Lynn Gore.

Funeral services to honor Regnol Hudson will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 21, 2024 in the Chapel of Lloyd James Funeral Home with Bro. Bryan Jacobe, Bro. John Kennedy and Bro. George Bragg officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service in the chapel. A private burial will take place following services at Cathedral in the Pines Cemetery, Tyler.
