Mentha “Ann” Allison, age 77, passed away on Sunday, October 6th with her children present. She was born October 29, 1946 in Tyler Texas to Alvin and Willie Mae Moseley. She married her longtime friend and love, James Allison, in May of 1964 .
Ann loved to laugh and was always ready for a trip to the nail salon for a pedicure and to have her nails done. She was so proud of her nail art by Katy and loved to show them off. Ann also loved her collection of elephants and anything Elvis.
She loved when the grandkids and great grands would come by for a visit. She enjoyed talking and catching up on what everyone was doing.
Ann worked many jobs in her life but one that most will remember was her job for several years at Kidd Jones in Chandler working the night shift. She loved to laugh and joke with people.
Her life was a living example of her favorite Bible verse, Ephesians 4:32 — “And be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as God also forgave you in Christ.”
