daughter of Leander Crawford Bailey and Lena Vira (Kennedy) Bailey. Frances attended
Lindale High School. She later worked for many years at Loggins Meat Company in Tyler, TX.
Frances enjoyed sewing, cooking and spending precious time making memories with her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Forrest Edward Frazier Sr.; her son
Forrest Edward Frazier Jr.; and five siblings, Chester Bailey, Dwight Bailey, Donald Bailey, J. W.
Bailey and Vera Jo Richards.
Frances survivors are her children, Ida Lee Dunn of Tyler, Cathy Lynn Dakour of Oklahoma;
Huey Dan Frazier and wife Dana Frazier of Lindale; her grandchildren, Michelle Lee Casel of
Tyler, Forrest Edward Frazier III of Tyler, Connor Dakour of Oklahoma, Brian Winchester and
wife Ashley of Lindale and Courtney Frazier of Lindale. Frances also leaves behind nine great
grandchildren, two sisters, Fannie Mitchell and husband Truman of Tyler and Peggy Campagna
of Dallas, and many nieces and nephews that love her dearly.
A funeral service for Frances will be held Friday, October 18, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home - Cemetery & Mausoleum, 12053 State Highway 64 West, Tyler, TX 75704.
