Robert "Spud" Tayler Sellers

He was born on October 29, 1994 to Robert and Jana Sellers in Twin Falls, Idaho. He was the light in our lives touching so many with his smile, kind words, and love of life. He was a son, brother, grandson, great grandson, nephew, cousin, friend and teammate.

Tayler was a freshman at Valley School in Hazelton, ID at the time of his death. It was there that and throughout the community where he participated in student council, wrestling, basketball, football, baseball and golf.

Tayler was a young man who truly exemplified the meaning of sportsmanship, who could always be counted on to deliver his best effort and support to the game and to his teammates. This young man of outstanding character had many through out his school and community who called him “friend”.

Tayler is survived by his parents, his sister Tannah, Grand parents Bob and Wilma Sellers, and Terry and Sally Burnett, Great Grandmother Blanch Burnett, Uncle and Aunt Lonnie and Susan Sellers (Snohomish, WA), Uncle and Aunt Monte and Lennine, with cousins Madison and Logan Sellers (Jasper, IN), Aunt Jill Lettington and Richard Cooke, cousins Jesse and Meghan Lettington and their daughter Presley, and cousins Ashley and Mike Fisher (Riverview, FL).

The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 13th at White Mortuary (136 4th Ave. E, Twin Falls) from 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be held on Friday 5/14 at Valley School Gymnasium (882 Valley Rd. South, Hazelton) at 11AM with burial following at Hazelton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations may be made to the Valley School District.
