William Robert McKnight, age 85, passed away on August 24, 2023. A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, August 28, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Memory Hill Gardens, with burial to follow. Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to the service at the funeral home. William was preceded in death by his parents, Troy McKnight and Rebecca McKnight Arrington; sister, Charlotte Bayle; brothers, James C. McKnight and John Henry Arrington. He is survived by his brother, Herman McKnight. William was born in 1938 in Clio, Alabama. He loved Alabama football and the Atlanta Braves.
