Walter Perry Rogers

A visitation for Walter will be held Monday, January 16, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Circlewood Baptist Church, Tuscaloosa, Alabama. A celebration of life will occur Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at 11:00 AM, Tuscaloosa, Alabama. A committal service will occur Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at Memory Hill Gardens, Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Perry was preceded in death by his parents, Charles P. Rogers and Francis M. Rogers; Sister, Francis C. Lichau.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Diane Rogers; Step Daughter, Jennie Williams; Step son, Douglas New, Jr.; Nephew, Jason Lichau (Shari); Great Nephew, Auron.

He was a kind hearted man who loved his family, his motorcycle, and seeing the world. His infectious laugh filled many hearts and was second only to his faith in the Lord. Although his light has been extinguished, he will live on in our hearts forever.

Pallbearers will be Alan Britt, Johnny Jones, Jason Lichau, Douglas New,Jr., Justin Williams, and Bryson Williams.
