Jaime G Silva

Mr. Silva is survived by: his wife Maria C. Silva of Livingston; son Antonio S. Silva of Livingston; daughter Maria F. Ross and her husband Joseph Ross of Winton; daughter Elmira M. Mello and her husband Arcenio Mello of Merced; daughter Alda M. Manzanedo and her husband Gabriel Manzanedo of Merced; his brothers Manuel Silva of Antioch, José Silva of the Açores, Joaquim Silva of San Jose, and Fernando Silva of Connecticut; his sisters Ilda Cardoso of San Jose, Judite Peres of San Jose, Etelvina Goulart of the Açores, and Maria Amelia Jorge of San Jose. Mr. Silva also leaves behind six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren to honor his memory.

Jaime was preceded in death by his parents Manuel G. Silva and Francisca Dutra.

He was a long-time member of St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church of Livingston, the Portuguese Fraternal Society of America (PFSA), and the Livingston Pentecostal Association.

A visitation for Jaime G. Silva will be held from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, November 13, 2017 at Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service: 286 W. Main St., Turlock, California 95380. A combination rosary and funeral mass will occur at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at St. Jude Thaddeus Roman Church: 330 Franci St., Livingston, California 95334. The service will be officiated by Rev. Msgr. Harvey Fonseca, O.B.I., Obl. Jaime will be laid to rest at Turlock Memorial Park: 575 N Soderquist Rd, Turlock, CA 95380.
