Joseph Leroy Halla Sr.

Joseph was born on July 6, 1942 to Francis and Nancy Halla in Chicago, Illinois. He married Judith McCabe on July 5, 1968.

Joseph was a member of the United States Army, he served in Vietnam during his enlistment, retiring after 20 years of service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, photography, reading and listening to music. His biggest interest was motorcycles, with which he took many road trips throughout his life. In his final years coloring and watching films became his pleasure, as most of his other activities were not to his capability.

Joseph is survived by his wife Judith Halla, daughter Angela (George) Prindiville, grandchildren Crystal (Nathan) Bradley, Preston and William Prindiville, siblings Jim (Barb) Halla, Patricia Heitman, Pamela Dobczyk, Bobby (Debbie) Besch, and many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by parents Francis (Mert) Halla, Nancy (Robert) Besch, and sister Shirley Ward.
