72, 1944 - 2017, passed away peacefully on January 9, 2017. He was born in New Castle, PA. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dwella Kosakevich; father, Harold Palmer. Survived by his brother, Ron (Sherry) Palmer; daughters, Pam (Scott) Locklear and Kim (Billy) Spencer; son, Rusty Palmer and his five grandchildren and six great- grandchildren.
