Dad, It’s just past your birthday and coming up on the anniversary of your untimely death. I’ve been struggling a little bit but trying to keep busy. Today someone called my phone and asked for Michael, that has never happened. I paused before saying “there’s no one here by that name.” Immediately after hanging up, I knew it was your way of letting me know you’re still with me. I love you and the kids love you. They happen across rocks that are in the shape of things and paint them for you. We keep the best ones home with you.  Thank you for being the best dad. ❤️❤️❤️

                   Yesterday we gathered to celebrate your wonderful life, you had a huge (positive) impact on many lives, you helped me navigate through some tough times early on, for that I will always be grateful. There isn't a day that I don't cry brother. So many memories and through those you still live on. Your death was sudden and so tragic but while I'm unbelievably sad I'm also happy your not suffering anymore. That brings me so much comfort through the sadness. I am always reminiscing so much about how we used to constantly joke and all the laughter we shared. My life will never be the same but I  am truly grateful for the many memories you gave me.  As my big brother we could always depend on each other to help one another no matter what. I never said thank you. Your laughter, smile and your big sense of humor were what made you Michael. No one can replace you and your memory will always stay in my heart. Watch over all of us please and I know you will. Please don't forget that I will always love you. Rest In Peace Mike...
