Mary L Tapia-Figueroa

Mary L Tapia Figueroa who loved to be called "Wila" passed away on Monday May 29th 2023 at the age 74. Wila was born on November 28 1948 to her parents predeceased Jose & Cresencia Tapia. Wila was the life of the party and loved to cook. She was known for her special dishes, listening to her favorite songs, dancing like nobody's watching and hearing her contagious laugh. Wila was so effortless to love and welcomed anyone with open arms and a cold brew. She loved to work at Gadabout as a Support staff, who quickly became her second family.

She is predeceased in death by her first Daughter Larissa Tapia (16) ,her brother Raymond Tapia (73). She Leaves Behind her sisters Carmen and Terri Tapia, her children Maria(Guera), Victor, Erica, Jessica, and Albaluz Portugal. And many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be deeply missed and always in our hearts.

Services will be held at St Philips in the hills Episcopal Church 4440 N. Campbell ave tucson ,AZ 85718 at 2pm on June 24, 2023 followed by a Celebration of Life at Puerta Antigua 5358 S Nogales hwy Tucson AZ 85756 at 5pm
