Marjorie "Boots" Lang

75, passed away September 25, 2015 at Peppi’s House in Tucson, Az. Wife, Mother and Grandmother, Boots was born in Hammond, Indiana to Edward and Beulah Gross. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Thomas and her husband Daryl Farkas. She is survived by her three children, Michelle, Lisa and Leslie, her grandchildren, Ashley, Richard Jr., Allison and Evelyn, her nephew Tom Jr. and niece Elizabeth. Boots attended the Indiana State University before meeting her first husband Martin Lang. They moved to Phoenix before settling in Tucson with their three children. Boots owned Property Management Resources and was highly respected in the industry. She was an avid University of Arizona Wildcat fan. Boots lived a full life; she enjoyed fishing in the White Mountains, the San Diego Beaches and playing golf. She had a great sense of humor and a sharp wit. She loved spending time with her children and their families. Christmas was her favorite time of year, she loved hosting parties throughout the season. A celebration of her life will be held October 17, 10:30 a.m. in East Lawn Palms Mortuary Chapel, 10:30 a.m., October 17, 2015, 5801 E. Grant Road, Tucson, AZ. Reception to follow.
