Born April 2, 1959 to Harriet Green Sikora and Harry Beryl Sikora. Passed away untimely at the young age of 56 years old. Survived by: sister Amy E. Sikora-Trapp; brother-in-law to William Alan Trapp, aunt to Arielle Rebecca Trapp of Alexandria, Virginia; cousin to Leslie Green Berlin of Potomac, Maryland, Lauren Green Mancuso of Albany, New York. Devoted caretaker and companion to the late Harriet G. Sikora. Caretaker to the wonderful Cool Hand Luke, canine. Lived in Tucson, Arizona. Grew up in New City, New York. Attended Clarkstown North High School, graduated in 1977. Attended the University of Arizona, graduated 1981. Attended the highly acclaimed and difficult to get into Middlebury College, Middlebury, Vermont, for foreign language study. Spoke and wrote exceptionally fluent Spanish, spoke fluent Portugese and Italian. Worked in New York City at Banco Popular, Random House Publishing, Columbia University, and Pearson Testing Services in Tucson, Arizona. Accomplished jewelry designer; handcrafted jewelry maker, and entrepreneur; prose writer and copy editor. Avid reader, music lover, skilled baker. Loved clothing and shoes. Savvy shopper with a wardrobe to match. Always stylishly well and tastefully dressed. Caring, kind-hearted; always concerned about others, loving, and interested friend; compassionate, and gentle soul. Enjoyed travel and sightseeing. Fun loving with a great sense of humor and warm, infectious laugh and smile. Never forgot your birthday or special occasion. A true lady with grace and charm. Loved dearly and admired by her family and friends. Will be sorely missed by all who knew her. Left us far, far too young. Suffered in excruciating pain and physical disability. Finally out of pain and at rest. RIP.
