Leonel R. Villalobos, 78, of Tucson, AZ, passed away on October 16, 2021 after a valiant battle with pulmonary fibrosis. Leonel was born October 19, 1942 to Pedro and Leonor in Mexico City. Leonel was a strong, kind, loving and supportive father. His knowledge and guidance was the foundation of his family.
Leonel was also passionate about music, singing and dancing. Anyone who knew Leonel knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. He is survived by his wife Guadalupe; son Leonel (Melina); daughter Lorena (Clarence); four beloved grandchildren, Sebastian, Alexander, Nicholas and Valentino.
A visitation for Leonel will be held Wednesday, November 3, 2021 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, November 3, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Santa Monica Roman Catholic Parish, 212 W Medina Rd, Tucson, AZ 85756. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, November 3, 2021 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706.
