Passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 21, 2021 under the loving care of Havasu Home.
Jane married Walter Wong in 1948. She came from China, Tucson became her home for over past 73 years. Jane partnered with her husband to work and manage Walter Super Market. She claimed this experience helped her learn and fluently speak both English and Spanish.
Jane was active in the Tucson Chinese community-served as president for CACA for 2 years,
also president of WMU for 4 years.
Jane is survived by her children
Julie, Peter, Karen, Bonnie; 14 grandchildren; and 11 great
grandchildren.
We have fond memories of our mom and grandmother who always remembered our own special food likes, played some outrageous April Fools jokes and enjoyed play on words (puns).
