Dillon was such a bright light and an extraordinary human being. His life and loss are being felt by many. He was truly loving and kind, hilarious, charismatic, and pure. Not many people you will come across who are as charismatic as Dillon was. He truly knew how to light up a room. And he was always ready to make a new friend. Dillon wanted to make everyone feel included and knew how to start a conversation, even with a random stranger. He was just that way. He made it very easy to love him.
In his short time here, he made many lifelong friends and has touched many lives. He shared laughter and tears, love and loss. Even through his own, personal struggles, he wanted everyone to, smile and be happy. Through it all, Dillon always strived to better himself and be a good person, and he put in the work. He worked hard and played hard. He truly lived his life to the fullest. He lived in the moment. In doing so, many memories were made.
Dillon loved all of his friends, so much. But he truly loved his family. He had such a special bond with every member of his family. But his bond with his parents and his siblings was strong. Dillon was such an integral part of his family. Not only was he the life of the party for his friends, but he was for family as well. He knew exactly how to bring the laughs, with a highly inappropriate comment, or a silly quip. He shared his beautiful smile everywhere he went. That smile will be greatly missed.
There were so many things that made Dillon smile. He loved sports, was very passionate about music, and exploring the outdoors, and we all know how much he loved clothes and shoes. He enjoyed his multiple jobs and all of the people he worked with. They all loved him, too.
Dillon is survived by his mom, Brittany, Step-dad Jeff, Dad, John, Sister, Giovanna (Dennis), Brother, Max, and Sister, Gabby, his baby nephew DJ, as well as his loving grandparents, many aunts and uncles, and endless supply of cousins.
He will be truly missed and loved forever.
Dillon- May you be smiling down knowing how much love and light you brought to us all.
Rest in peace, you beautiful creature!
"Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?”" John 11_25-26 NIV
"Come now, let us settle the matter," says the LORD. "Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool." Isaiah 1:18 NIV
"Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him." 1 Thessalonians 4:13–14
