Fauntleroy Diane 71 of Tucson passed away on December 4, 2016. Born in Peekskill, NY, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Gladys (Wells) Fauntleroy.
Ms. Fauntleroy graduated from Peekskill High School and worked at Saint Mary's hospital as an intake technician until her retirement.
She was sister to the late Charles Fauntleroy Jr. and is survived by a sister Nancy Fauntleroy Herrington of Ft Myers FL. She also leaves behind nephews Charles Fauntleroy III of Ossining NY, Jeremy Herrington of Kingston NH, nieces Adrienne Fauntleroy of Peekskill NY and Alyse Herrington Dompere of Washington DC , great nephews Christopher and Jayden Fauntleroy, William Herrington a great niece Natalie Herrington and an Aunt Doris Williams of Asbury Park NJ.
Ms. Fauntleroy enjoyed volunteering through various churches and was always ready to provide support and encouragement to friends and family.
Her sense of humor and her zest for life will be missed by everyone she touched.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting contributions be made to SAVVY Services for the Blind and Vision Impaired located at 3767 East Grant Rd, Tucson, AZ, 85716.
