Christina was born in Tucson on October 9, 1966. She graduated from Sunnyside High School in 1984. Christina was married to Eddie Tapia on October 12, 1996; their love flourished for 26 years that included 19 years of marriage.
Christina was, first and foremost, a proud mother to her children; her loving and nurturing nature was appreciated and admired by all who were a part of her life, including family, friends, and animals.
Christina is survived by husband Eddie, children Andres Miguel Tapia, Lydia Kristine Tapia, Alyssa Leticia Tapia; parents Armando and Yolanda Canez, as well as other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at FUNERARIA DEL ANGEL SOUTH LAWN, 5401 S. Park Ave., Tucson, AZ 85706, Saturday, September 12, at 2 o'clock PM.
