Carl was born on September 21st, 1921 to Edith and Ray L Fraser in Pittsfield Illinois. He lived and worked there until joining the Navy in World War Two. He served aboard the USS Thorn in both the Atlantic and Pacific theaters. After his service, he moved to Tucson with his two brothers. He became a tile contractor. In 1948, he met Dorothy L Groves. After a brief courtship they were married in Santa Rosa, CA and settled back in Tucson. They were married 65 years and had one daughter Karen (Donald.)
Dorothy preceded Carl in death in December of 2013. He had one sister Barbara who had a residence in Texas.
Carl was a wonderful and loving husband and father. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. His service and burial will be at East Lawn Cemetery on August 5th, 2021 at 9:30 am
