Beatrice L. Smith, 78, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away on 29 April 2016. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on 9 November 1937. Beatrice graduated from West High School in 1955 and she later married her husband, Walter Lowell Smith on 6 May 1961. She mainly spent most of her time as a homemaker and was a wonderful and loving mother to her son, Kevin (Gretchen) Smith and Lisa Kodalen. Beatrice is survived by her loving husband, children; grandchildren, Tehmieka (Robert) Houts, Shanika Smith, Mario Smith, Danielle Smith, Joshua Smith, Maria Smith, Marcus Kodalen, Jesse Kodalen, Alex Kodalen and Diamond Kodalen; great grandchildren, Shaniyah Givens, Hayden Houts, Aubrianna Kodalen and Jesse Kodalen Jr; sister, Elaine (Butch) Clay and Sylvia Jones. She was a faithful member of Grace to the Nations Church, bible study, TEAM and had a passion for The Lord, family and singing. She will be truly missed by all.
