Arthur Soto Torres Jr., age 71, of Tucson, Arizona passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2020. Arthur was born September 9, 1948 in Tucson, Arizona.
A visitation for Arthur will be held Tuesday, September 1, 2020 from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM at Santa Cruz Church, 1220 S 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ 85713. A cremation will occur.
