This beautiful soul was called to Heaven to receive her wings, watching over her family and friends as a Guardian Angel. She loved her family dearly, and it broke our hearts to lose you, a part of us went with you, so you did not go alone. Thank you for the beautiful memories that you left behind, even though we cannot see you, we know you will always be by our side.

Alexis had a big heart for animals, nature, traveling, art and photography. She loved to travel and be outdoors camping surrounded by nature, trees, and capturing all the moments through the beautiful pictures she took. Her fur-babies Wednesday, Princess and Bella will miss her dearly, as she loved them with all her heart and brought joy and happiness to their world.

She was effortlessly herself, a beauty enthusiast who enjoyed different hairstyles and color, her nails done so beautifully and her style so flawless. As some say a trend setter. We will remember her sweet smile and soft voice, she was fearless, beautiful, caring, generous and selfless.

Alexis, the Greek meaning of her name is “Helper”, she was true to her name, she was going to school to help those who suffered from mental illness, like herself, overcome their battles and find a path to recovery, ; Hope and an understanding that “It’s ok, not to be ok”, she didn’t want people to give up. She was always there to help anyone in need, lend her shoulder to cry on, and her ear to listen to without judgement. As she always said, “This Too Shall Pass”. “One thing about me: I’ll be anyone and everyone’s #1 supporter because I love seeing people strive and reach higher things and their reactions to it all, are amazing. It was a privilege and honor to have had her in our lives, she is an inspiration and made a huge impact on everyone’s life, she will continue her life in others, as her family honored her wishes as an organ donor.
