Phillip Allen was born in Atlanta, Georgia on March 1, 1956 to the (late) Eddie Lee Allen, Sr. and Laura Allen.
He attended school in Atlanta and later worked in contracting construction in Atlanta, Texas and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Phillip had a passion for sports and having fun. He liked to tell jokes and was always laughing and trying to make others laugh with him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Eddie Sr. and brothers Eddie Jr., Alphonso and Steve.
He leaves to cherish in memory (mother) Laura Allen; (brothers) Warren and Winston; (sister) Marie Jenkins (Lonnie); (sister in law) Betty Allen; and a host of nieces; nephews; other family and friends.
We will truly miss "Phil" and loved him very much, but GOD loved him best.
